In this project the signs were manufactured by Technical Signs of Watford. Shane Coley from Technical Signs comments; LED lighting plays a large part in manufacturing our wide range of signage applications; and sourcing the right materials is most important. We have been working with Signgear Systems (UK Distibutor) for many years and have been very impressed with their level of service. In our experience the Tridonic LED products they supply offer excellent performance and we have been very impressed with the robust design and reliability.

In this project we used Blue P510 flexible light chains and were delighted with the levels of illumination the modules emitted. This is achieved by the design of LED modules; which utilise COB (chip on board ) technology. The compact module design allowed us to accommodate a very low profile light source (less than 3mm) within the built up letters. Coupled with their wide beam angle of 140 degree the finished signs offered excellent uniform apperance without any shadows.
